Starting a Return

To Start a Return. Login using your email or phone number. You will be sent a 6 digit code to your email or phone number. Once you are logged in you will see an option request a return. You will receive an email with instructions on the return from there.

All clearance merchandise sales are final and cannot be refunded.

Return Policy

Returns and shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Once a request has been approved the item must be shipped back within 15 business days.

If the order is not shipped within 15 business days the return will be automatically denied. If the return was shipped after the 15-day limit the order will not be eligible for a refund and will have to be shipped back at the customer's expense. Proof of shipment with shipping date must be sent to once the return has been shipped verification.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received it will be fully inspected for damage or wear. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Depending on your bank it can take up to 3 days to receive the payment back to your account.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

International Buyers: We are not responsible for any duty or custom fees. It is your responsibility to know what your country charges for international purchasing.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
